We know your family’s participation in your child's treatment will lead to long-term success, so we work to support, engage, and encourage your involvement on many levels.
Our Nexus Family Partnership Initiative and Nexus Family Partnership Assistance Program support positive family interactions for you and your child during treatment.
The Nexus Family Partnership Initiative is Our Promise to You and Your Family.
We understand that a variety of issues can affect your ability to participate in your child’s treatment. You may have other children at home who need your care. You may have work obligations that prevent you from traveling to our meetings. Finances could make long-distance calls or travel impossible.
We help bridge those obstacles with our Family Partnership Assistance Program.
When your child enters treatment, we provide your family with access to secure, no-cost Nexus Family Videoconferencing so you can have face-to-face conversations with your child and the treatment team without ever leaving home. We also offer you and your family meals when you are on site during a regularly scheduled meal.
Qualifying families can apply to receive partial or full travel and lodging assistance for visits associated with Family Therapy, Treatment Meetings, Therapeutic Visits, or special events offered by the facility.
