Indian Oaks Academy Names New Clinical Director

Indian Oaks Academy, Manteno, IL, has named Cecilia Contreras-Dardon as its new Clinical Director.

Contreras-Dardon has been with Indian Oaks since 2011, working in the Phoenix Program (Program 5), which serves girls with severe and emotional disorders who have experienced human trafficking, eating disorders, self-harming behaviors, and other traumatic experiences.

The Phoenix Program has been identified by the State of Illinois as a program that works with some of the most challenging youth in care and produces some of the best outcomes. Contreras-Dardon has worked diligently with Indian Oaks’ Clinical Director Robin Motz to make the program a success.

Indian Oaks Academy Executive Director Mary Ann Berg, said, “Cecilia’s continued dedication to our mission and to the youth we serve will be a wonderful asset to the Nexus-wide management team.”
